CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
- If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.
- Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.
- Shipping costs, which are product delivery expenses, shall be paid by the buyers.
- Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the 30-day legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the contract.
- The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
- In the event that it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. The total price must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
- If the Buyer fails to pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
- After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the SELLER within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the SELLER.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
- If force majeure events occur that the Seller could not foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the order, its replacement with a similar product, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, this amount will be refunded to them in cash within 14 days of the cancellation. If the Buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of this cancellation, although it is likely that the bank will transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
- The Buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; they shall not accept damaged and defective goods/services such as those with crushed, broken, or torn packaging from the courier company. The received goods/services shall be deemed to be undamaged and sound. The BUYER must protect the goods/services with care after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification, provided that they notify the SELLER via the contact information below within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- If the purchase is for a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
- Expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.
- In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the SELLER via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14 (fourteen) day period, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot be Exercised" provisions stipulated in this contract.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning. Returns for orders issued on behalf of institutions will not be completed if the RETURN INVOICE is not issued.)
- The return form, the box of the products to be returned, the packaging, and any standard accessories, if any, must be delivered complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and any documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within 10 days at the latest from the receipt of the withdrawal notification and to take back the goods within 20 days.
- If there is a decrease in the value of the goods for a reason arising from the BUYER's fault or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER at the rate of their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products within the period of the right of withdrawal.
- If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER is fallen below due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount utilized within the scope of the campaign is canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
- Products prepared in line with the BUYER's wishes or clearly personal needs and are not suitable for return, underwear bottoms, swimsuit and bikini bottoms, makeup materials, disposable products, goods that are in danger of rapid deterioration or are likely to expire, products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if their packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines other than those provided under a subscription contract, services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER, are not returnable according to the Regulation. In addition, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for services that have begun to be performed with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period according to the Regulation.
- Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, as well as stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must have their packaging unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused in order to be returned.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
- If the BUYER defaults in the case of payment transactions made by credit card, the BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest and be liable to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement between them and the card-issuing bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies; may demand the resulting costs and attorney's fees from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults due to their debt, the BUYER accepts that they will pay the loss and damage suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
